All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Bygge (including but not limited to software, designs, branding, and written materials) remain the exclusive property of Bygge or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Client Content & Data
You retain ownership of any content or data you provide to us.
By providing content or data, you grant Bygge a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and data do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms or tools. By using our services, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of such third parties.
We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bygge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bygge, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
